The Man Meat BBQ Turkey Kit includes our hit brine, The Real Poultry Primer, and the seasoning, The Real Homestyle, to help make the best turkey for your family and friends.  Also included in this kit is a 20 x 24 zip lock bag that will hold over a 20 pound turkey.  Use it alone, or use it to line a 5 gallon bucket, it is the perfect size for a large turkey.  Additionally, there is a brine process and cooking process card included in every kit.
